Through my design I hope to impart the disembodied feeling of moving through a dream. In dreams, there is no floor or ceiling, sky or sea. In my mural one can imagine the migration from a place A to B, or an adventure; a journey to discover the place where you could call home. The fish bowl represents . Through my design I hope to impart the disembodied feeling of moving through a dream. In dreams, there is no floor or ceiling, sky or sea. In my mural one can imagine the migration from a place A to B, or an adventure; a journey to discover the place where you could call home. The fish bowl represents a home/shelter or your shell/barrier. The fish is migrating in search of new waters, have dreams of a new “home” and new “self.” To look at the mural from the opposing face, the ship becomes a nod to the unexplained mutations we all experience in dreams. The ship is racing towards a new discovery.
