The figures stand around a colorfully patterned Talavera vase full of fresh fruits and vegetables. The background features the national flowers of each country represented by Portland Mercado vendors. These fluid organic shapes break up the sharp angles and lines of the architecture and provide a vibrant backdrop for the main figures.
